Valid reasons to return a Product/Item:
Delivered product & item is damaged (physically broken & defective) or dead on arrival & delivery both cases.

Delivered products or items no longer needed means you have changed your mind about the purchase or size. You don’t like the item after opening the package (eligible & qualified for selected products only).
